Travel Grant

The Configuration Workshop Organization, in collaboration with industrial partners is pleased to announce a sponsored Travel Grant for students, junior scientists, and senoir scientists attending the Configuration Workshop (ConfWS).

The grant is limited, hence, a short application procedure should be followed.

Application Procedure

Due to limited availability of funds for the ConfWS Travel and Accessibility Grant Program, applicants should first approach their department and/or local AI society for support before applying to ConfWS.

Applicants must submit a short notice via email to info@hitec-hamburg.de, no later than June 20^th, 2026, midnight, AoE with subject GRANT APPLICATION DOCUMENTATION ConfWS.

_The documents to be sent per email must include a reason why any other sources of support are not available to the applicant and a note that includes reasons why ConfWS should make the grant to the applicant.
